This butter keeper is dotted with pastel purple flowers and light blue specks that are pleasant to look at, but it is even better to use, and will make a great decoration on the dinner table as you butter your toast in the mornings.
How to Use the Butter Keeper:
1. Bring the butter to room temperature so it softens.
2. Pack soft butter tightly into the bell shaped lid.
3. Pour cold water into the base of the keeper until one third of the way full. Add a half teaspoon of salt.
4. When the lid is closed, the bell in submerged in the salt water to keep oxygen away.
5. Store on the counter or in a place between 65 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Change the salt water every 2-4 days.
7. Keep the surface of of the butter clean.
8. Bon Appétit!
