Over 17,000 women are sexually assaulted at work a year, according to the Justice Department

Almost two-thirds--60%--of those raped or sexually assaulted at work don't report the incident to the police--the highest percentage of serious violent crimes in the workplace that go unreported.

Undocumented immigrants are less likely to report a rape or sexual assault. Of 26,000 applications in 2015 for visas--a path to safety for undocumented victims of violent crimes--only 10,000 were approved.
